Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, menstrual cups, menstrual discs and menstrual underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, except where a product is defective.

Hygiene & Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain hygiene restrictions may apply to returns of menstrual cups, discs and underwear once opened or used. This does not affect your rights regarding defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products under applicable South African consumer law.
