The x-small menstrual cup is usually a great starter - mostly suited for women who are fit, under the age of 30, have a low cervix, bladder sensitivity and ladies who have a light to medium flow.

Large Menstrual Cup
The large menstrual cup is best suited for women who are over 30 years of age, and have a high cervix, given birth vaginally or c-section, and ladies who have a heavy flow.

Menstrual Disc Size Guide
The Sofia Menstrual Disc comes in two different sizes.
Use this helpful guideline to find the right size disc for you:
Small
A great starter disc suited for women who are fit and under the age of 30 with a low cervix, a light to medium flow. It has a 3-4 tampon capacity.
Large
Suited for women over 30 or for those who have a high cervix, a heavy flow and/or have given birth vaginally or via C-section, have a weak pelvic floor. It has a 4-5 tampon capacity.
