Sofia Sterilizer
The Sofia Sterilizer is a reusable container that can be used as a menstrual cup or disc sterilizer. Its small body is designed as a portable storage case in between cycles.
How to use your Sterilizing Container?
Place your rinsed menstrual cup or disc into the sterilizer, fill it with water up to the maximum level mark inside the container. Close the lid of the sterilizer and microwave for 3-5 minutes. Leave it for another 2 minutes to allow the steam in the sterilizer to take full effect of the disinfection process.

Caution: Please be very careful when removing the sterilizing container from the microwave as the sterilizer & menstrual cup or disc will be hot after the disinfection process.
Cleaning & Caring
Before and After Every Cycle:
Caring for and cleaning your Sofia sterilizer is as easy as to wash it with a mild, unscented oil-free wash or just rinse it with cold water after you have sterilized your cup or disc.

Storing your Sterilizer:
​Dry your Sofia Sterilizer thoroughly before storing it. It is also a pretty container that you can store your menstrual cup or disc in which makes it convenient to carry around for when your next period comes around.
