How to Fold
There are a few different techniques to fold your cup. We recommend that you try out the different folds to see which one is right for you and your unique anatomy.


C-Fold

Start with an open cup

Pinch the cup closed
-
Fold in half (making a U/C/Heart shape)

7-Fold
-
Start with an open cup
-
Pinch the cup closed
-
Bring one top corner down diagonally to the opposite bottom corner

Punch Down Fold
-
Start with an open cup
-
Push the rim down to the base
-
Pinch together so it doesn’t spring open

Shallow Punch Down Fold
-
Start with an open cup
-
Push the rim down to the base
-
Pinch together so it doesn’t spring open
