We care about your health and safety and due to the nature of the product being a hygienic product we cannot refund or exchange any Sofia care products.

Getting used to a menstrual cup and disc can take a while. Please follow our instructions and use the recommended fold with the Sofia Cups & Discs. Give yourself at least 3 cycles to get used to the process of how the menstrual products work - you will not regret the trial and efforts.
